USA Shipping & Handling
What shipping
method is used:
Diamond
Drill & Tool generally ships via US Postal Service, however,
some large shipments may be shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service).
For credit card processing purposes, the 'Ordered By' address
must match with the address to which your credit card statements
are mailed.

Shipping
& Handling to Military APO's or FPO's
What shipping
method is used:
The
US Post Office will not allow UPS to deliver to a PO box, so
the only delivery method available to ship to APO's and FPO's
is Priority Mail of the US Post Office. The Post Office
is more expensive than UPS and the shipping cost is very dependent
upon the actual weight of a package. Shipping & handling
charges can not be determined until that specific order is actually
packaged and ready for shipment.
How to determine
Shipping & Handling to APO/FPO's:
When placing an order, please select
the appropriate APO/FPO delivery option. However, the shopping
cart will calculate the normal UPS Ground Shipping & Handling
charges as if the shipment were being shipped via UPS ground.
We will pull and weigh the order to determine the actual charges
to ship via Priority Mail and we will e-mail you the actual
shipping charge information to request your approval of the order
before we finalize it.
The Shopping Cart has a place
for special notes or requests after entering the name and address
information. If you would like, you can enter a note like
"Please e-mail me the actual shipping charges to ship priority
mail for my final approval". However, even without
such a note, we will e-mail you the actual shipping charge
information to request your approval of the order before we finalize
it.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands
What shipping
method is used:
The
US Post Office will not allow UPS to deliver to a PO box, so
the only delivery method available to ship to Alaska, Hawaii,
Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands is Priority Mail of the
US Post Office. The Post Office is more expensive than
UPS in the lower 48 states, but is less expensive for AK, HI,
PR, & VI. The shipping cost is also very dependent
upon the actual weight of a package. Shipping & handling
charges can not be determined until that specific order is actually
packaged and ready for shipment.
How to determine
Shipping & Handling to AK, HI, PR, VI:
When placing an order, please select
the appropriate destination delivery option. However, the
shopping cart will calculate the normal UPS Ground Shipping &
Handling charges as if the shipment were being shipped via UPS
ground. We will pull and weigh the order to determine the
actual charges to ship via Priority Mail and we will e-mail
you the actual shipping charge information to request your approval
of the order before we finalize it.

Shipping & Handling To Canada
(All items except chemicals)
What items
can be shipped:
All
items can be shipped to Canada, Except Chemicals.
The shipper will not allow the shipment of chemicals.
What international
shipping method is used:
Diamond
Drill & Tool ships internationally to Canada, via U S Post
Office - Global Priority Mail. Diamond Drill & Tool
will ship out the orders within 24 hours. Estimated
delivery time to Canada is about 8 to 15 days. Delivery
times to Canada can vary significantly depending upon the remoteness
of the delivery location and may be longer for some areas.
Express delivery options are not available for Canada shipments.
How to determine
Shipping & Handling Canada:
When placing an order, please select
the appropriate Canadian delivery option - Up To 4 lbs or Power
Tools. There are two delivery options for Global Priority
Mail to Canada. The first is for drill bits and accessories
that are less than 4 pounds. The second option is for power
tools like grinders and ring saws. A power tool shipment
may also include small accessory items, however it must ship
as a power tool. See the tables below for estimated shipping
costs. We will pull and weigh the order to determine the
actual shipping charges. If the actual charges are different
than the estimate included in the shopping cart invoice, we will
e-mail you the actual shipping charge information to request
your approval of the order before we finalize it.

Chemicals). No other products can be shipped
as International Priority Mail - package weight is limited to
4 pounds or less. Orders containing any items other
than Diamond Drill Bits or other very small items will be delayed
until the customer can be contacted and the order corrected.

Based upon the
information available to Diamond Drill & Tool, there are
generally no import taxes or customs duties upon consumer quantities
of diamond drill bits shipped from the USA to the international
countries listed above. However, there may be value added
sales tax depending upon the country. All import taxes,
customs duties, sales taxes or value added taxes of the destination
country (if any) are the responsibility of the purchasing/receiving
individual or company. For specific destination country
import tax information, consult your local authority.

Why we can't
ship to some International locations:
As a result of the extreme complexity
of the many international import procedures, product restrictions,
customs taxes, import duties and excise taxes, Diamond Drill
& Tool does not currently have shipping systems in place
to ship outside the USA and the international countries listed
above. However, we do have many customers outside this
delivery area who have us ship to relatives or remail services
in another country which is listed above. In those cases,
the receiving party is responsible for forwarding the shipment
to its final destination and compliance with the various import
restrictions and import duties. |

Shipping
/ Delivery Times - Continental USA
If there is any problem
or question on an order, we will contact you as soon as possible
by e-mail or phone. An e-mail shipping confirmation is
sent to the customer when the order has shipped.
Orders ship out orders within
24 hours on normal business days. Orders received by 1:00
pm central time on normal work days will ship out that afternoon.
Orders received after 1:00 pm may ship out on the following business
day, depending upon order volume. Orders received on holidays
ship out on the next business day.
Most small, medium and large
orders are shipped via US Postal Service
with normal delivery in 2 to 3 business days. Some large
heavy packages may ship via UPS depending upon the size, weight
and delivery location.

Delivery Options (USA
Only)
Diamond Drill & Tool generally
ships via UPS ground transportation. Normal UPS delivery
times are shown above. Some small orders may be shipped
via Priority Mail (delivery in 2 to 3 business days). Sometimes
standard delivery may not be fast enough. For shipments
to destinations in the USA, we can also ship via UPS 3-day, 2-day
or 1-day Air Freight, however due to the weight of some orders,
the additional shipping costs to use these air-freight options
can be significant. Additionally, we must determine the
exact size, weight and destination of the shipment for a specific
order to determine the express delivery costs. Examples
below show ranges due to the various delivery zones:

Orders placed
after 1:00 pm CST may ship out on the following day.
To have us investigate the cost
of shipping your order via express delivery, please place the
following "Call me with Express Delivery Options" item
into your shopping cart along with all the items for your order,
finalize your order and provide the normal "ordered by",
"ship-to" and "payment" information.
You will notice that the "Call
Me with Express Delivery Options" shows up as a zero cost
line item on your order. Please be aware that we are not
notified of the order until the shopping cart is "closed
out" and the order is "finalized". When
we receive the order, we will determine the various express delivery
options and their costs and call you - ASAP. You can evaluate
the various options and costs and determine the best option for
your specific needs. Be sure to include your phone number
- we don't use e-mail for this, as time is most important.
Our normal phone staff business
hours are M-F 8:00-5:00 pm, Sat 9:00-1:00 pm CST. For orders
placed outside of normal business hours, please allow us time
to review the order and investigate the express delivery options.
