Diamond Drill & Tool is a division of AmeriGlas Stained Glass.  AmeriGlas was started in 1989 in Omaha, Nebraska.  Although Omaha is a medium-sized Midwestern town which serves an area of over 1,000,000 people, we found that there were very few stained glass stores.  Investigation showed that the problem was nation wide.  AmeriGlas Stained Glass was born and has been serving customers throughout the country ever since. 

As AmeriGlas expanded, we learned that the diamond tools were used by many non-stained glass customers who needed the specialized tools for other related crafts and that diamond tools for specialized work were very hard to find.  Even if one could find a company carrying diamond tools, the selection was very limited and the prices outrageous.  Diamond Drill & Tool was born as a separate division of AmeriGlas to serve the needs of artisans and trades requiring these specialized diamond tools.

Diamond Drill & Tool produced catalogs until the late 1990's, when all sales channels were converted to the web.  New products are now quickly added to the web site rather than waiting months until a new catalog could be printed.  Plus the information and pictures presented on the web site are in far greater detail than was ever possible with the old printed catalog.  Additionally, the web site offers several order and payment options:

Diamond Drill & Tool carries a large inventory along with AmeriGlas, in a 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse, so backorders are rare and orders are shipped out quickly.  Orders normally ship out within 24 hours.  Since Omaha is physically located in the center of the U.S., delivery times are generally only 3 to 5 business days to any part of the country.

If a product is defective, contact us immediately and we will quickly return it for exchange.  If you are not satisfied with a product upon receipt and examination, contact us and we will refund the purchase price or exchange the item, whichever you prefer.

All returns must be in original unused condition, in the manufacturer's original undamaged packaging, including all instructions,.  If a product has been used, or does not meet these requirements, the manufacturer should be contacted for warranty service.
